Meet the BugFest team and learn about Creepy Crawlies
Join in with some amazing minibeast handling and learning fun! Bugfest is the UK’s leading entomology experience provider and allows you to get up close and personal to some of the World’s most amazing and unique creepy crawlies – some of which you will only have seen on TV shows such as Deadly Sixty! Children are welcome to handle the friendly creatures, and the adults are expected to face their fears and join in the fun as well. Meet tarantulas, scorpions, stick insects, cockroaches, giant snails, giant millipedes and more…The Bugfest team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have as well.
Want to be a Nature Detective…?
BDBC rangers and Natural Basingstoke are joining forces, where they will be challenging families to guess whose poo is whose, you will also have the opportunity to explore their table of natural curiosities and meet some of our native species’ face to face!”
